Great location off La Barr Meadows Road close to the new Target, Highway 49, and Downtown Grass Valley but tucked away at the END of a quiet, private road.  

PLEASE NOTE: This is the main house of three (total) homes on one property.  The guest unit is rented separately and the garage/shop/lower residents is where the property owner lives.

House is 2,100 square feet.  The main living level offers an open living room to the kitchen which also looks down on a second family room.  The living room is carpeted, family room has oak hardwood floors and has a pellet wood stove. Off the family room is a SUN room with tile floors and cedar walls/ceilings.

The kitchen has vinyl flooring.  Breakfast bar-height dining separates the kitchen and living room.  The kitchen includes fridge, gas range/oven dishwasher, and laminate counters.  There is a HUGE laundry room off the kitchen with access to the side/exterior of the home right where you pull up and park. Washer/dryer are included (dryer is propane gas).

Upstairs is the primary bedroom suite.  This is a loft-style primary bedroom with no way to close off a door for complete privacy.  However, the space is HUGE with a window seat and walk-in closet.  The attached primary bathroom has double sinks, laminate counters, vinyl floors, and a HUGE soaker tub/shower combo.

The PGE and Propane are shared with the guest house, thus the additional payment of $500/month for propane and PGE (average amount over the last years).  Tenant pays for their own garbage as well.  Water is included in rental rate.  Hot water heater is gas.  Although this house does not include a generator, the owner's residence below has a generator for the well water/pump.  Therefore you would have hot water when the power goes out!

Central heat.  NO Air Conditioning (window unit available).  No mailbox access (residents must have their own PO Box).  Smarter Broadband internet is available.  Shared property with another tenant and property owner.  Tenant must plow/shovel snow in winter to access driveway.
