Did you know that April is Fair Housing month? In 9 days, on April 11, 2018, it will mark the 50th year since President Lyndon Johnson signed the Fair Housing act of 1968. What does the The Fair Housing Act mean for Placer County and Nevada County CA residence? It ensures equal housing for everyone, regardless of their color, disability, familial status, national origin, race, religion or sex.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and our local Placer County Association of Realtor (PCAOR) and Nevada County Association of Relators (NCAOR), we take a commitment as a Realtor to fight for property owner rights and protect tenant’s rights.
