After many months of around the clock work, Barrett Property Management is now OFFICIAL! The business was launched on January 4th, 2013 and I am already busy busy busy. On January 23, 2013 (MY Birthday), TheUnion.com published the article: Barrett Property Mgmt. launched in Nevada County.
I’ve had (and continue to have) overwhelming support from friends, family, and industry associates. My phone is active with phone calls from inquiring property owners and pleased tenants who are enjoying the simplicity of my Available Rentals page.
I am making great connections with vendors interested in networking including: Randy & Son’s Lawn Care, Craig Johnson Plumbing, and our local AAA Insurance Branch, just to name a few! You can also find us on Facebook and LinkedIn.
I added this blog feature to BarrettPM.com today to not only keep content fresh, but to stay connected with the people that are the backbone to the company’s success, YOU! I plan to post a few times per week and any ideas or suggestions are always welcome.
