What To Do The First 24 Hours In A New Place

Apartment Therapy wrote a great article for Tenants that have just moved or will be moving into a new rental home, What To Do The First 24 Hours In A New Place.   There are some great tips for Nevada County Tenants.

Their first suggestion is to “Document everything an save it all or send it”.  This is great advice that BPM, Inc. strongly agrees with.  All of our new Tenants receive a MIMO (Move-In Move-Out) checklist.  This is how we document the condition of the rental home before the move-in.  It is important to be as detailed as possible, and yes, photos are always better.  This is the same form we would reference upon move-out.

Read on to find out about the other tips they give Tenants.  Great advice for Nevada City and Grass Valley Tenants moving into a new rental home!
