We recently added two new services for property owners/investors looking to gain more exposure on the web for their rental listings. In addition to the placement and management services we already offer, we now provide Listing-Only Services as well. Owners can choose between two options: Basic Listing or the Basic Listing + Maximum Exposure package.
The Basic Listing costs $25 (one time fee) and includes the following:
- A webpage for you real estate rental on www.BarrettPM.com including detailed information, features, and photos.
- Syndication of you listing on numerous real estate rental websites including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, and Postlets.
- Placement of a professional Barrett Property Management for rent sign at the property.
- All tenant inquiries will be forwarded to the specified contact person on file.
The Basic Listing + Maximum Exposure package costs $50 (one time fee, plus $10/month thereafter) and includes the following:
- This package includes everything listed under Basic Listing plus the following:
- Photo shoot of your real estate rental property, with up to 25 photos
- Bi-Weekly posting of your listing on California Gold Country Craigslist.
